My goal when I give any talk, go on a podcast, or teach a class is to share something that can change a life for the better. To say something that somebody needs to hear to feel less alone, to be encouraged, to find a way forward.
I hope that something in these videos and conversations can be a spark for something you need to know, feel, or begin.
This 2013 talk at TED Global introduces the idea that stress can bring out the good in you.
A conversation with Liz Moody about motivation, exercise, self-compassion, music, and more.
A conversation with Dr Rangan Chatergee about how movement can create meaning, connection, and resilience.
The 8-minute Joy Workout, designed for The New York Times WELL.
A conversation with Rich Roll about meaning, joy, resilience, and empathy.
A conversation with Lewis Howes about becoming your best self, dealing with stress, gratitude, helping others, and more.
